The instructor, Elena was very nice, instructed well, and delightful personality. we knitted one loaf portion divided in two and constructed into two different breads. the instructor started and demonstrated how to knit, construct dough into the shape. we each took turn to do so. we also make fresh pesto, and it was quite nice! Bread tasting, fresh out from oven was heavenly delicious. it was joy to my tummy and soul! we enjoyed very, very much!
